Shipping & Returns
We use UPS as our carrier. You may generally expect to receive the rug within 3-7 business days of order. To make sure that our customers will receive the rug safely we ship the packages insured and signature guarantee. As soon as we receive your payment we will email you your tracking#. We offer 7 days from day of arrival to return the rug. Since we offer freeshipping we charge 15% restocking fee for rugs which cost up to $700, for higher price rugs we will charge less, according to the rug.
Pads are non-refundable.
Local pickups are not subject to restocking fee.
We suggest that you return the rug by Fedex or Ups so you will be able to track and insure the package. Make sure to call or email us the tracking# so that we can track the package for you and issue credit upon arrival.
